Main Tasks:

* Support ongoing projects and daily operations within your assigned department
* Assist in research, data gathering, and analysis to support business decisions
* Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
* Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities
* Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, or customer outcomes
* Ensure compliance with BASF's safety, quality, and operational standards

Requirements:

* Able to commit a 6-month internship
* Students of bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resource, Business Administration or any related disciplines
* Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
* High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and sustainability
* A good team player with high level of maturity and independence
