About the job Job purpose The People Acquisition Intern will be part of Talent Acquisition team in Asia overseeing Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and Community Management initiatives across Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore. Main missions Your responsibilities include: (a) Talent Acquisition Assist in reviewing incoming internship applications on our internal platform and conduct proactive candidate searches on LinkedIn Recruiter to identify potential talent. Prequalify candidates through phone calls to assess their interest, motivation and ensure their profile aligns with the role requirements. Support in scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate a seamless recruitment process. (b) Employer Branding and Community Management Support employer branding initiatives, including participation in career fairs and other outreach activities. Coordinate and facilitate engagement activities with fellow interns to promote positive internship experience and foster integration. Expected skills & experience We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills: Experience Currently pursuing bachelor's degree in human resource management / communication / business studies / management / or equivalent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and team members. Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about HR practices and employer branding strategies. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team. Adaptability and positive attitude Learning opportunities Gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
