Job Description
* Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to design and plan software applications.
* Analyze and implement product requirements in a web-based system using one or more technologies.
* Develop customer-specific features and enhancements for the product.
* Assist hands-on with coding, debugging, and maintaining the codebase.
* Independently implement and ensure the quality of product increments.
* Document code, processes, and technical specifications to ensure stability, maintainability, and scalability.
* Provide constructive feedback to team members to improve overall performance.
* Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative ideas for product improvement.

Qualifikationen

Qualifications
* Degree in IT or Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience
* Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
* IT and Programming related certification.
* Proficient in Python and Javascript (React JS) and willingness to learn new technologies.
* Familiar with GitHub and Agile practices is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
