YOUR ROLE
As an NPI Intern, to work closely with Test NPI Engineer along with Test engineering, manufacturing, and product management teams to support the introduction of new products into production. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the product development lifecycle and to contribute to the successful launch of new products.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with NPI Test Engineer in the coordination and execution of:
* new product introduction activities.
* Support cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of NPI processes.
* Participate in design reviews, product testing, and validation activities.
* Help create and maintain documentation (TGAT, project tracker etc)
* Assist in the analysis of production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Follow up with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of components and materials.
* Support the resolution of technical issues and provide feedback to the engineering team.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
* Hands-on experience with real-world projects.
* Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals.
