Internship Front End Engineering

Descrizione del lavoro:

* To observe and ensure full Compliance with Alcon Health Safety and Environment Standards.
* Adhere to Alcon Value and standards, observe and ensure full compliance with Code of Business Conducts.
* To understand the manufacturing process of contact lenses and the related equipment/ systems from Molding Process until Finishing Secondary Packaging Process.
* Work with Front End Engineering crew constantly to review and analyze manufacturing processes and identify potential for improvements
* To investigate the process and quality failure resulted from equipment/process related problem and work for permanent solution to fix them
* Assist engineers in process improvement project deliverables such as conducting validation, engineering studies execution, data analysis, protocol and report write-up
* Participate and contribute actively in Kaizen projects and initiatives
* Perform other duties or assignment as required by immediate supervisor/ manage
* Participate in any Gemba Walk to identify and address potential root causes of process related issue for Front End Engineering Process/Department
