Product Intern - SPX Express

Descrizione del lavoro:

* Identify gaps in existing operational processes and translate them into requirements to optimize operations.
* Prepare and execute test cases for new features, work with regional product team to locate and fix the bugs
* Provide comprehensive documentation of test cases, test results and defect management for the required sign offs
* Prepare training materials on new product features to orient related teams
* Perform ad-hoc duties such as handling production issues, i.e raise JIRA tickets and follow up with stakeholders
* Set project timeline and prepare on necessary rollout plans when required

Requisiti del candidato:

* Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, IT, or other related fields
* Skilled at working effectively and communicating with cross functional teams across the organization
* Able to communicate in both English and Malay, both written and verbal
* Strong problem solving skills and out of the box thinking
* Capable in project management
* Willing to travel to hubs within Klang Valley for on-site analysis and support
* Internship duration: At least 3 months
