Policy Intern - Content & Listings (April/ May 2026 Intake)

Descrizione del lavoro:

* Monitoring and Content Review: Monitor platform listings to identify and assess potential violations. Support the evaluation of flagged content and perform spot checks to validate detection logic and policy enforcement.
* Assisting to Analyse Seller and Content Trends: Research trends in product listings, language patterns, and seller behavior to uncover evasion tactics. Use insights to proactively adjust detection coverage and ensure policy completeness.
* Ensuring Policy Alignment: Cross-check detection coverage against platform policies. Identify logic gaps or misalignments, and recommend improvements for better rule accuracy and compliance.
* Collaboration and QA Support: Work closely with the strategy and quality assurance teams to implement updates, validate policy precision, and ensure accuracy of review results.
* Assisting to developing Detection Strategies: Assist in designing and refining rule-based or keyword-based detection strategies that surface high-risk or policy-violating content. This includes drafting logic, testing rules, and iterating based on review feedback and ensuring that the keyword aligns with the listing

Requisiti del candidato:

* Undergraduate or recent graduate in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) with strong analytical thinking and sharp attention to detail.
* Comfortable working with language, behavior patterns, and policy interpretation.
* Strong communication and documentation skills - able to clearly explain logic and rationale.
* Naturally curious and systematic - you ask why, and dig to understand how things work.
* A strong team player - able to work closely with others and integrating your own workflow with others
* Confident using spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets); open to learning basic regex or rule logic
