We are seeking a brilliant Intern for our Procurement Organization. We are looking for under grads Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technical, Engineering or Mathematics with accredited universities.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

*

Responsible for supporting the sourcing team in terms of execution of projects.

*

Support the Project Procurement Manager, Procurement Manager and sourcing team.

*

Manage reports & email correspondence with partners & clients from Taiwan / China.

*

Help with the generation of reports, collection of data, and coordinating with the other team members or stakeholders.

*

Attend and participate in meetings when required.

*

Help to contact third parties and suppliers as well as helping to source for items that is required by the project.

*

Participate in GEV and sourcing initiatives.

Requirements:

*

Students pursuing Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Science, Technical, Engineering or Mathematics with accredited universities.

*

Internship period of 6 to 12 months (a must)

*

Bilingual in Chinese and English (preferred, not a must), both written and spoken

*

Ability to attend to office 3 days per week at least throughout the internship.

*

Good knowledge in Microsoft Office especially in Excel and Power Point
