About the Role
We are looking for an Intern to play an active role in supporting our HR team. This position offers a valuable opportunity to contribute directly to ongoing projects and operational tasks, making a genuine impact on our goals. This role is perfect for a self-starter eager to apply academic knowledge in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
International Assignment Management:
* Contract Preparation: Draft, review, and finalize expat employment contracts.
* Checklist Development & Management: Create, maintain, and manage comprehensive inbound and outbound checklists for international assignees, covering pre-assignment, during assignment, and repatriation phases (e.g., visa/immigration, relocation, housing, benefits, tax, payroll, cultural training).
* Document Compilation: Compile, organize, and submit all necessary documentation for visa applications, work permits, and other expat-related requirements, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
* Ad-Hoc: i.e. Reporting: Prepare and present various reports related to international assignments, operational metrics, and project progress to management.
Operational Improvement & Documentation:
* Process Improvement: Identify, analyze, and propose improvements to existing operational processes within international assignments and other relevant HR/operations functions.
* Work Instruction Updates: Collaborate with stakeholders to update and create clear, concise work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for international assignment processes, ensuring they reflect current best practices and company policies

Requisiti del candidato:

Qualifications

* Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resource, or related fields.
* Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
* Good proficiency in Microsoft office, especially Excel
* Good communication and teamwork skills
