Responsibilities:
* Provide support to customer service team as requested to ensure prompt and efficient resolution customer request.
* Accurately update customer information and required details as requested by customer service team.
* Assist in maintaining organized and up-to-date customer records and documentation.
* Contribute ideas for improving maintenance of data, records and documentation.
Qualifications:
* Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Customer-focused with a positive and empathetic attitude.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
