Descrizione del lavoro:
Bleue Hospitality is looking for a curious, proactive, and engaged intern to join our multidisciplinary team in Marrakech (office in Gueliz, hybrid work mode). You will work on impactful hospitality projects, from restaurant concepts to hotel openings. And gain hands-on experience across the full creative, strategic, and operational lifecycle.
At Bleue, you won't be observing from the sidelines, you'll be actively involved and trusted with meaningful responsibilities.
Your Missions
You will support our team in both project development and operational coordination, working on tasks such as:
* Participating in team meetings and coordinating follow-ups
* Taking clear and structured meeting minutes for clients and internal teams
* Coordinating with suppliers, partners, and external collaborators
* Preparing briefs and creating presentations using our internal tools
* Joining site inspections, technical visits, and operational check-ins
* Assisting with field coordination for restaurants and hotels
* Conducting research, market benchmarks, and concept inspiration
* Collaborating across design, strategy, operations, and F&B depending on project needs
