FTE Mexicana S.A. de C.V. is seeking a motivated IT Trainee to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various IT domains, supporting our operations and contributing to our technological advancement.

Job Responsibilities**

* Provide first-level technical support to employees, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
* Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, peripherals, and network devices.
* Support data backup and recovery procedures, ensuring data integrity and availability.
* Participate in IT infrastructure projects, including system upgrades and new technology implementations.
* Document IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.
* Monitor system performance and security, reporting any anomalies or potential threats.
* Assist with user account management and access control.
* Learn and apply best practices in IT security and data privacy.
* Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical problems.

Job Qualifications**

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and networking concepts.
* Familiarity with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
* Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in technology.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
* Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
