Sourcing and Procurement Intern

You will work with our team of global sourcing experts and help McKinsey teams and clients on a wide variety of sourcing and procurement topics related to product development, supply chain, and global sourcing.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating market and supplier insights. You will provide assistance in client sourcing diagnostics programs and will contribute to knowledge development efforts, i.e. synthetizing and preparing written and visual materials.

You will work and coordinate with our entire global team of sourcing experts to ensure high quality deliverables and maximum impact for our clients. You will also build relationships with relevant industry associations and entities to enhance knowledge

Requisiti del candidato:

* Bachelor's degree or working toward a bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably), or a related field
* Experience in manufacturing, procurement, engineering, or similar segments
* High-level of ownership, proactive mentality to develop innovative solutions, and teamwork mindset
* Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Strong coding skills highly desirable
* Fluent in English, and additional languages like Spanish or other European or Asian languages are a plus
