This position reports to:HR Operations Specialist

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is: On site
This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in Mexico.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Active participation in recruitment in BC employees

*

Employees files management - control and update

*

Meets headcount requirements according to the business needs

*

Lead BC employees with onboarding process: ducuments and contracts.

*

Resolved questions related to their work area.

*

Knowledge of BC employees benefits and salary categories.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
* You enjoy learn about full cycle recruiting process and the manufacturing market
* You are passionate about connect with people and bring your service attitude
* You are student and will graduate on Aug 2026 or Dec 2026 from degrees like Administration, Psychology or related
