What you'll do

* Develop further our digital tool and guideline related to safety, health and environmental benchmarking
* Support global exchange of best practices between factories and warehouses
* Support incident investigation process & SHE performance by analyzing trends
* Support culture based safety program & maturity program
* Support process safety program & machinery safety
* Support the development of our global analytics platform for all metrics related to Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality at our production sites

YOUR SKILLS
* Bachelor or Master student in Chemical engineering, Chemical safety, Process safety etc.
* Good analytical skills and experience with digital tools such as PowerBI, MS Excel, PowerPoint
* Self-driven and eager to work in global teams
* Open mind and curiosity to explore
* Pro-active mindset with a commitment to delivering quality results within established timelines.
* Available for a full time internship starting March/April 2026 for 6 months
