Introduction

The IT Office of the CIO (OCIO) in Veldhoven brings together strategy, innovation, and portfolio management to support ASML's growth. In this Business Administration | Innovation Management internship: IT innovation capability, you will contribute to strengthening how IT innovation is organized and delivered. You will work closely with the IT Innovation Manager to improve processes, explore new technologies, and support innovation initiatives. This Business Administration | Innovation Management internship: IT innovation capability connects business needs with emerging IT opportunities. Your assignment

During this Business Administration | Innovation Management internship: IT innovation capability, you will help enhance the IT innovation capability and support ongoing initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to improving innovation processes and outcomes. Your main responsibilities will be:
* Facilitate idea generation sessions and innovation events
* Research emerging technology trends with potential business value
* Identify technologies that can improve IT services and capabilities
* Support organizing workshops for experimentation and decision-making
* Contribute to building business cases for innovation initiatives
* Monitor innovation practices and recommend improvements
* Collaborate with teams to enhance the IT innovation portfolio

This is a bachelor or master internship (optional thesis) for minimum 9 months, minimum 4-5 days per week (3/2 days on-site). The start date of this internship is as of September 2026.

Your profile

To be suitable for the internship, you:
* Are pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, innovation management, information management, or a related field
* Have an interest in IT and innovation management
* Are analytical and able to structure complex topics clearly
* Communicate effectively and work well with different stakeholders
* Show a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving

Other requirements you need to meet:
* You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
* Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;
* You need to be located in the Netherlands to perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter needs to include the willingness to relocate.
* If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
