About THX.

THX. is Kantar's mobile app that enables people to participate in surveys, share their opinions, and contribute to research studies in exchange for rewards. Across multiple countries, thousands of users engage with the app every day.

The THX. team focuses on creating a smooth and engaging experience throughout the entire user journey, from registration and onboarding to survey participation, rewards, and long-term engagement.

We continuously look for ways to improve the experience for our users by developing engaging content, optimising communications, gathering feedback, and supporting the successful operation of the app across different markets.

As an intern, you will become part of an international team working at the intersection of digital products, user engagement, communication, and customer experience.

What You'll Do

During your internship, you will gain hands-on experience in audience engagement and digital product operations.

* Create and test in-app research and engagement content.

* Collaborate with client teams to set up high quality research projects.

* Support THX. users through email and app store reviews.

* Help users with questions related to surveys, rewards, and the app experience.

* Assist with user communications, including email campaigns and engagement initiatives.

* Help maintain FAQs, help articles, and user-facing content.

* Support translations and content reviews across multiple countries.

* Analyse user feedback and help identify opportunities to improve the THX. experience.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in consumer research, customer experience, digital communications, audience engagement, and mobile app operations while contributing to an international product with thousands of users.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for an enthusiastic and curious student who is interested in digital products, communication, customer experience, and user engagement.

Requirements

* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Psychology, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field

* Strong communication and writing skills.

* Excellent attention to detail.

* Interested in mobile apps, digital products, and customer experience.

* Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities.

* Fluent in English.

* Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.

Nice to Have

* Affinity with customer experience, community management, or digital marketing.

* Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk and survey and data collection platforms.

* Knowledge of any additional languages such as Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, or Korean.
