Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is looking for a Human Resources Trainee starting June 2026!

As an HR Trainee, you will gain broad experience within the full HR cycle and play an important role in supporting our colleagues and leadership team.
Learning Opportunities
* Take ownership of the full onboarding process, ensuring every new colleague receives a warm and personal welcome
* Learn all aspects of the recruitment process: posting vacancies, maintaining recruitment channels, reviewing applications, inviting candidates, and depending on your interest joining interviews
* Handle HR administration such as drafting contracts, maintaining employee files, and preparing correspondence
* Support colleagues with HR, labor law, and policy-related questions
* Handle concerns with integrity and provide thoughtful, appropriate solutions
* Organize colleague events such as General Staff Meetings, Staff Parties, and support internal communication (e.g., monthly newsletter)
* Receive a personalized development plan aligned with your career goals and learning ambitions

Requisiti del candidato:

Qualifications
* Enrolled in an HBO/Bachelor program such as Hotel Management or Human Resources Management
* Fluent in English
* Strong communication skills
* Trustworthy, confidential, and able to handle sensitive matters with integrity
* Positive, open-minded, and someone who enjoys bringing positive energy to the workplace
* Eager to learn, grow, and explore your HR or hospitality career
Preferred Qualifications
* Fluent in Dutch
* Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Living in the Netherlands
