HR COORDINATOR INTERN - RECRUITMENT & TALENT ACQUISITION

During your 6-month internship in HR Coordination based in Amsterdam, you will get the unique opportunity to strengthen the Stellantis Netherlands HR team by assisting it with a variety of tasks. You will be working in an international and dynamic environment.

There are two tracks for the HR Internship - the Recruitment & Talent Acquisition track and the HR Communications track. For the Talent Acquisition track, your missions are:

MISSIONS
* You will be in charge of recruiting new interns within Stellantis Netherlands, from creating job postings to screening CVs and conducting interviews;
* You will support the administrative recruitment process, and maintain the personnel administration up to date (personal files, sickness, reports);
* Assisting with the onboarding and offboarding of employees;
* You will execute external events and communications to maintain relationships with universities and organizations as part of employer branding initiatives;
* You will help harmonise internal processes to optimise efficiency (recent merger of the group);
* You will assist the HR department with various other activities and projects.
PROFILE
* You are a Bachelor or Master (HBO/WO) / Business School student in HR, Business Management, Organizational Psychology or related fields;
* You have a proficient/fluent level in English (Dutch is a plus);
* You are communicative and socially skilled, with a hands-on mentality;
* You are independent, accurate, and self-starting.
