Robeco is seeking a full-time intern to further shape it's commercial intelligence activities. Then join Robeco's Sales Planning & Market Intelligence team and help shape our global sales activities through cutting-edge analytics and creative approaches.

Practical Details:
* Location: Robeco Headquarters, Rotterdam, Netherlands
* Start Date: February 2026
* Duration: at least 4-6 months
* Requirements: students must be enrolled at a university during the internship and eligible for a Dutch residence permit.

Position & Requirements
This internship offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of commercial activities, data and technology within a leading sustainable investment firm. You'll work closely with the 7-person team to enhance existing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and analytics tooling to embed successful usage within Robeco's global sales & marketing teams in APAC, EMEA and the Americas.

What you'll do:
* Contribute to the development of existing CRM and analytics tools and process improvements.
* Ensure tooling and insights support our commercial activities by enhancing user adoption and usage.
* Explore new AI technologies and methodologies to enhance sales and market research.
* Collaborate with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, and Client Services to deliver actionable insights.

What we're looking for:
* Final-year Bachelor or MSc student in Business, Economics, Informatics, Data Science, or related field.
* Strong analytical and communication skills; experience with BI tooling (like Qlik), Python, or other data tools is a plus.
* Curious, proactive, and passionate about innovation through digital transformation.
