Principales funciones:

Soporte en gestión y revisión de contratos comerciales

Brindar apoyo en la elaboración, revisión y seguimiento de contratos con proveedores, centros comerciales, agencias, influencers y aliados estratégicos, incluyendo:

* Revisión de cláusulas de responsabilidad, penalidades y terminación.

* Control de vencimientos y obligaciones contractuales.

* Elaboración de adendas y cartas de resolución.

* Coordinación con áreas internas de la empresa para validar condiciones comerciales.

Gestión legal de reclamos de consumidores y contingencias regulatorias

Apoyar en el análisis y respuesta de reclamos del Libro de Reclamaciones y casos escalados, asegurando cumplimiento del Código de Protección y Defensa del Consumidor ante el Instituto Nacional de Defensa de la Competencia y de la Protección de la Propiedad Intelectual (INDECOPI), incluyendo:

* Elaboración de proyectos de respuesta dentro del plazo legal.

* Análisis de riesgos y contingencias.

* Seguimiento de procedimientos administrativos.

* Identificación de mejoras preventivas en Términos & Condiciones y comunicaciones al cliente.

Soporte legal en iniciativas de Social Impact

Brindar apoyo en la estructuración y revisión legal de proyectos vinculados al plan de trabajo anual de Social Impact, lo que incluye:

* Elaboración y revisión de convenios de donación.

* Ejecución y planificación de actividades vinculadas a Social Impact.

* Asegurar cumplimiento normativo en donaciones, patrocinios y activaciones comunitarias.

* Ayuda en la gestión de donación de productos y de dinero.

Requisitos:

* Recién egresado o estudiante de último año de carrera

* Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en área legal corporativa

* Ingles a nivel avanzado

* Power Point - Excel intermedio
