Call for Interns - US Tax Operations Team

A fully paid Internship Program
Join the MMC GS Tax Operations Team in Warsaw, a dynamic and supportive environment where you will gain hands-on experience in US tax operations within a global professional services firm. Successful interns may have the chance to extend their cooperation beyond the internship and grow into a US Tax Consultant role within our company.

Who We Are Looking For:
We welcome applications from final-year undergraduate or graduate students pursuing degrees in Accounting, Finance, or Tax. No prior professional experience is required - just a strong willingness to learn and grow.

Key Qualifications:
* Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (Accounting, Finance, Tax)
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Comfortable working in English (both written and spoken)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Internship Details:
* Contract Type: Flexible intern contract based on hourly wage
* Duration: 4 months (starting from April or May)
* Employment for 40 hours a week
* Working hours: 10-18, giving you flexibility if needed
* Location: Warsaw office
* Training & Support: Comprehensive onboarding with SOPs and training videos; supervision by an experienced Senior Tax Consultant
