About the job

Join our Dan One Internship Program and become part of the European Research & Innovation team!

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in food innovation, product development, and cross-functional collaboration - all within an international environment.

During this internship, you will:
* Support the development, implementation, and launch process for renovation, innovation and cost/quality improvement projects.
* Manage internal documentation systems, including entering raw materials, packaging, and recipes.
* Take part in pilot and industrial trials - plan, organize, conduct, collect data, analyze results, and present conclusions.
* Prepare and distribute product samples for internal and external purposes.
* Perform basic physical and chemical analyses of samples (e.g. pH, viscosity).
* Collaborate closely with key stakeholders from different functions and countries.
This role will allow you to experience the full R&I workflow - from concept to factory testing.

* Is currently studying or has recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Science & Technology, or a related field.
* Shows strong interest in research & development, food technology, innovation, or nutrition.
* Has good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with curiosity and creativity.
* Is fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written).
* Enjoys teamwork and building relationships in a dynamic, international environment.
* Is motivated, proactive, open to new challenges, and learns quickly.
* Demonstrates strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Is confident using MS Office (especially Excel).
