Working Student is a long-term paid internship, that allows you to kickstart your professional journey.

As a Communication Team Support Working Student, you will:
* Assist in creating and delivering consistent online communication across internal channels, including SharePoint and Viva Engage.
* Design graphics and visual materials that align with Nokia's brand guidelines.
* Provide operational support for events and initiatives, including logistics and coordination.
* Conduct desk research to support various projects and initiatives.
* Contribute to meaningful projects that positively impact employee engagement and company culture.
* Develop and execute targeted communication campaigns and activities.

What You'll Learn:

Requisiti del candidato:

* Active student status (preferably in Business Communication, Marketing, Management or related fields)
* Fluent communication skills in Polish and English (spoken and written).
* Proficiency in MS Office 365 tools, especially PowerPoint.
* Strong knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, GIMP, or similar software.
* The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Availability to work at least 25 hours per week.
* Availability to work in a hybrid setup from our Bydgoszcz office
