Your role
Do you know how to turn data in business intelligence? We're looking for someone who can help us apply an analytical mindset to development of outputs for decision making. You will:

* focus on the applied use of the tools SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, Databricks, Alteryx skills with ability to learn other analytic tools; connecting decision makers to the right data, with a purpose of achieving our groupwide key results, for example reducing real estate footprint, reducing cost, improving the workplace experience, process simplification or reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
* work with real estate data, analytics and reporting experts, developing our analytical landscape by working with local and global stakeholders.

Your team
You will be working in UBS Group Real Estate & Supply Chain (GRESC) - one of our Group Human Resources & Corporate Services (GHRCS) functions within Group Functions - in our Krakow office. Our function supports UBS by driving best-in-class workplace solutions and experiences for our firm, employees, and clients. From building access, to the physical workplace design, reception and conference services, wellness facilities and other infrastructure support - our services touch every single person in the firm.

The team supports the GRESC operating manager applying data analytics and intelligent information outputs required for decision making and groupwide performance measurement. You will work with real estate data, analytics and reporting experts, developing our analytical landscape by working with local and global stakeholders.

The team you will join contains professionals who possess specialized knowledge and are responsible for bringing innovation and continuous improvement to the diverse GRESC teams and business. They have the responsibility for determining the projects and initiatives required across the business, ensuring business requirements are met with solutions which reflect deep subject matter expertise and the latest in industry thinking.

Your expertise
Ideally you're studying for a computer science, data analytics or data science degree and you have:

* good communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels
* a flexible, open-minded, multi-tasking and cooperative personality
* a gift for using numerical analysis, statistics and mathematics to solve practical problems
* solid MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
* solid PowerBI skill level
* fluency in English
