Our GBS is looking for a Global Procurement Services Trainee to be based in Santa Maria da Feira

The main missions of the role are:

* Support Buyers in issues resolution and system setup (SAP Ariba and SAP) - strategy application, contracts, RFQ's, invoice management, etc.
* Maintain product and supplier master data
* Support user in the day-to-day use of Ariba by explaining and applying the P2P process and rules
* Ensure compliance with Faurecia purchasing procedure
The ideal candidate will have/be:
* High school, Degree in business school or purchasing related
* Ability to communicate in English
* Knowledge of French, Spanish or German is a Plus
* Good computer skills (MS Office)
* Analytical mindset
* Data cruncher
