Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Communication Support: Assist the Head of HR Digital in preparing clear communication for management meetings, and organizing communication materials for HR
* Strategy Planning: Contribute to the development of the HR Digital strategy and roadmap
* Digital Expertise: Support our team of digital experts and project managers in tool evaluation and project preparation
* Operational Excellence: Provide ad-hoc support on the team's daily tasks and operational activities
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with our HR organization and with different stakeholders for meetings and project deployments

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Education: Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Information Technologies, or a similar field
* Interests and Experience: Interest in HR Technology; Experience with HR processes is a plus
* Tools: Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Working style: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
