Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Talent Acquisition: Perform end-to-end services related to Talent Acquisition Services for EMEA (e.g. interview coordination, contract creation, data administration, etc.)
* Customer Support: Provide support to our HR Business Partners, Recruiters, internal and external Customers (such as hiring managers and candidates)
* Operational Excellence: Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes
* HR Operations: Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations, ensuring high-quality services and support to the organization

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Education: Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a similar field
* Tools: Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Office)
* HR Systems: Affinity towards HR tools, including SAP, ServiceNow, and Umantis, is a plus
* Working Style: Ability to structure your own work while being a team player
* Soft Skills: Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences
