Sales Intern

As a Sales Intern you will join the Lisbon EF team and your goal is to inspire, motivate, screen and coach potential future students for their journey with EF in one of our language programs abroad and drive sustainable success for them. Your top priority is to drive sales through telemarketing and personal consultations. You will operate in a truly international environment with a dynamic team. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills, take ownership and share your ideas within a global network of like-minded individuals.
This opening is for Non-paid internship for the 3 months from Feb-March to May-June. We'll cover your transportation and meal expenses.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Sell our language & study programs and destinations
* Process and qualify leads through telemarketing
* Reach and exceed sales targets
* Achieve excellent customer service and support proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on EF programs.
* Administrative tasks. Manage the booking process for each student

To be successful at this job you:
* Are Goal-driven with a can-do attitude and strong work ethic
* Are Self-motivated and you understand the fine balance between sales efficiency and first-class customer service
* Get energy out of working with your colleagues and contributing to the team spirit and goals
* Enjoy doing daily administrative routines as well as using your communicative skills in pitching the winning sales call
* Are fluent in English

Requirements
* Fully Fluent Portuguese (speaking, reading, writing)
* Sales-oriented and target-driven
* International experience (study/work) preferred
* Sales experience or customer service experience preferred
* Proactive and able to work independently
* Working Fluency in English
* Positive attitude and great team spirit
* Goes the extra mile
* Strong communication skills
* Outgoing and friendly personality
