We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Guest Relations Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry, learn from experienced professionals, and develop valuable skills in customer service and guest relations.

What you will be doing:
* Assist in greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival.
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and courteously.
* Support the Guest Relations team with daily operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
* Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
* Assist in coordinating guest activities and special events.
* Contribute to the overall guest experience by ensuring a warm, friendly, and professional atmosphere.
* Gather guest feedback and work with the team to implement improvements
