Intern - Merchandising, EMEA

- Support the EMEA product strategy and build future forecasts. - Collaborate with category sales leads and product team to build product range plans. - Work cross-functionally with our Direct retail teams to ensure assortment plans are consistent between our retailer partners and our own channels. - Lead research projects and translate market insights from the markets into overall regional product needs. - You will learn to define competitor set for On competitors to help guide Sales team.
- You're curious about Commercial Strategy and Merchandising and have a passion for sports, fashion, or On's mission. - You enjoy working with data. Previous experience with data reporting tools (e.g. Excel) is a big plus and you should be eager to develop data analysis skills. - You have good presentation skills and don't shy away from sharing your ideas and enjoy presenting to others. - You are comfortable using tools like Word, PowerPoint/Google Slides. - You're skilled at connecting the dots, managing multiple projects, and collaborating with people.
