Responsibilities - Support your assigned business unit(s) by gaining an understanding of business goals and helping to implement effective HR practices. - Participate in the operation of HR special projects, including leadership development, onboarding programs, and learning & development initiatives. - Assist in the preparation, organization, and execution of related activities, ensuring effective implementation and evaluation of outcomes. - Support HR-related information management and data analysis tasks to optimize HR operations and decision-making. - Help promote and maintain TikTok's organizational culture through planning and supporting cultural activities

Requisiti del candidato:

Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing a Undergraduate in Human Resources Management, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields. - Availability for an internship of 3 months or more, with a commitment to working 5 days per week is preferred. - Enthusiasm for HR-related work and a desire to grow oneself in HR practice as a long-term career plan.
