Join our dynamic team as a Human Resources Intern specialising in Talent Acquisition Partner, where you will play a vital role in shaping our workforce. You will collaborate closely with experienced recruiters, gaining hands-on experience in the recruitment process, from preparing roles to advertise, screening candidates to processing offers. How You'll Make an Impact

* You will prepare engaging job adverts, post roles and assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
* You will collaborate with the recruitment team to coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
* You will engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback throughout.
* You will conduct employment checks and process offers on acceptance.
* You will participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance our recruitment strategies.

What You Bring

* You are a recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing or a related degree discipline.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong organisational skills.
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Familiarity with social media platforms such as Linkedin.
* You have a passion for connecting with people and building relationships.
* Competent in using Microsoft Office Packages (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
