Collaborate with the team to develop high-quality documentation and training materials for onboarding new customers. 2. Be the go-to person for answering basic customer questions and providing clear, helpful support. 3. Lead standard training sessions for small and medium-sized enterprises, helping them maximize the value of our solutions. 4. Manage batch operations for customers, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience
Requisiti del candidato:
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, preferably with a focus on Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proficiency in Chinese and English is required to collaborate with global partners and key stakeholders based in Mandarin-speaking markets, where Mandarin is a primary working language. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain concepts and solutions. Preferred Qualifications: - Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage documentation and client interactions effectively. - A team player with a customer-first mindset, eager to learn and contribute to customer success initiatives.
