Your Job

Support IT procurement activities by assisting with sourcing and evaluating IT product, analyzing vendor quotations, issuing purchase orders through multiple platforms, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, responding to user enquiries on order status, and to ensure smooth purchasing operations.

Our Team

We are a regional IT procurement team that supports customers across 10 countries in the Asia Pacific region. Established four years ago, the team handles IT sourcing and procurement activities such as hardware, software, licensing, and cloud services. The team is diverse and we work closely with IT and business stakeholders, offering interns hands-on exposure in a collaborative, cross-regional environment.

What You Will Do

* Support procurement activities with a basic understanding of sourcing processes and supply chain fundamentals.
* Assist in evaluating IT products and services, including hardware, software, licenses, and cloud services.
* Conduct data analysis and help with vendor assessment, quotations comparison, and contract or PO management.
* Coordinate with suppliers, internal IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement operations.
* Maintain documentation, records, and follow-up activities related to sourcing and purchasing tasks.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

* Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI).
* Knowledge of basic ERP/procurement systems is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Curious, proactive, and willing to learn.
