Get to Know the Team
GrabFood, a major food delivery service in Southeast Asia, is looking for an Analytics & Projects Intern to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This exciting opportunity will allow you to dive into the heart of our operations, using data-driven insights to increase business growth and enhance customer experiences.
Get to Know the Role
This internship sits within the GrabFood team. You will be fully onsite (One-North Grab HQ) and your internship will run from July/August to December 2026 (Full-Time).
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
* You will support the planning and research of growth plans to help improve GrabFood's performance.
* You will provide project management support for demand-generation campaigns by coordinating setup, documenting workflows, and performing post-campaign analysis.
* You will evaluate data sets to support decision-making, identify operational issues, and propose practical solutions.
* You will perform market research on the competitive landscape and identify growth opportunities within the food delivery industry.
* You will coordinate with teams across the organisation to support multiple marketing and business projects.
* You will develop dashboards to track measurements and business metrics.
* You will contribute to specialised projects and perform data analysis to support our evolving needs

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need
* You are pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* You have SQL knowledge to query and transform data from multiple sources to support business analysis.
* You can create data visualisations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings.
* You can apply statistical analysis techniques to evaluate our performance and trends.
* You can write clear reports and present complex data to diverse audiences.
* You are comfortable to work both independently and with team partners, adjusting your approach as project requirements change.
* You are proficient in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and PowerPoint for creating professional presentations.
* You can manage simultaneous tasks and ensure that your work meets project deadlines.
* You will use data-driven insights to propose practical solutions for our challenges.
* You have an interest in the food delivery industry and current market trends in Singapore
