Job Description
Job Responsibilities
* Support in the collation and analysis of Service & Product Audit (SPA) and Pre-Opening Review (POP) results.
* Support the team in the digitalisation of audit functions.
* Maintain Standard Standards & Guidelines (S&G), SPA and POP frameworks to ensure they are up to date.
* Support of roll out/training on updated S&Gs
* Assist with other relevant Corporate Operational Excellence projects and tasks

Job Requirements
* Diploma/Degree in Business or Hospitality
* Strong written and verbal communications skills, Independent and self-starter
* Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel (sharepoint experience is a plus)
* A team player who enjoys working with numbers, analysing data and is detailed oriented
