💼 Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Bosch for a fulfilling internship opportunity! This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in a corporate environment, allowing you to contribute to ongoing projects while learning from experienced professionals. As an Intern, Data Analyst, you will support the following key tasks in collaboration with experienced team members.
🎯 What you will do (Key Responsibilities)
* Build and maintain HR dashboards and reports to support accurate and timely HR reporting and analysis.
* Assist in the collection, cleaning, and analysis of HR data to identify trends and insights.
* Support the development of HR dashboards and reports to visualize key HR metrics.
* Contribute to the implementation of digital HR tools and systems.
* Research and recommend innovative solutions to improve HR processes and data management.
* Assist in the creation of presentations and documentation to communicate data-driven insights to HR stakeholders.
* Support the HR team in various digital and data-related projects

Qualifications

* Students currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
* Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerBI, or other statistical software.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Open-minded, proactive and always ready to learn
* For foreign students studying overseas, you must be eligible for the Work Holiday Programme
