Mission (About the Role)

* You will join the regional Talent and Learning Team to facilitate the deployment of development interventions to drive Sales, Business and Leadership Growth in the East Asia Region.

* You will experience the end-to-end learning process from needs analysis to facilitation to learning evaluation and undertake special projects related to driving a learning culture and branding of learning activities.

What will you do?

* Translate Learning Needs Assessment into a Regional Development Plan
* Develop Learning Interventions to meet the Learning Needs of the Region
* Organize and Facilitate Learning Interventions
* Analyze the Progress of the Learning Interventions
* Creatively Propose New Ways of Measuring Learning Progress and Effectiveness
* Leverage digital tools and inject new ways of Learnings
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
* Education: Bachelor's in Business / Human Resources / Psychology / Engineering / IT Skills/Systems
* Knowledge:
* Must have: Advanced Excel; Powerpoint
* Good to have: Data Analytics; Tableau, Klaxoon, Learning Facilitation Tools
* Strong Communication and Facilitation Skills
