The Role: HR Intern - Process Improvement & People Analytics
Mission (About the Role)
We are seeking a proactive and analytically driven HR Intern to support process improvement and people analytics initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to leveraging AI tools and data-driven insights to enhance HR efficiency, decision-making, and employee experience across the organization.
What will you do?
1. Process Improvement & Automation
* Map and analyze current HR processes (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, data management) to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
* Leverage AI and digital tools (e.g., Power Automate, Copilot, chatbots) to automate repetitive HR tasks
* Drive change & adoption across stakeholders
2. People Analytics & Insights
* Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing HR data (e.g., attrition, hiring metrics, engagement trends)
* Support workforce planning and talent analytics initiatives
* Apply AI tools to derive insights, predictive trends, and data visualization
3. AI & Digital HR Enablement
* Explore and pilot AI-based solutions to improve HR operations and employee experience
* Support the integration of AI tools in HR processes
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
* Partner with HR Business Partners and COEs to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions
* Support communication, training, and change management efforts for new tools or processes
What qualifications will make you successful?
* Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Science /Analytics
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
* Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, automation tools) is a strong advantage
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and structured thinking capabilities, coupled with a keen interest in digital transformation
