Function and Duties:
* Aim to get a broader knowledge of the various responsibilities in Regional Sales
* Assist the team with various projects as and where needed
* Support the department's efforts to:
- Drive the highest levels of quality towards our customers, be customer-oriented and create value for customers as well as for Hapag-Lloyd
- Drive performance across all Areas within the Region by exceeding key performance indicators deliverables
- Sales Excellence - Measure and steer KPIs in sales for the region e.g. but not limited to Budget / Forecasting / Weekly volume forecast and utilization, revenue, contribution, opportunities and visits.
* Support area performance calls with Areas and Trade Management with the goal of improving the regional performance
* Rate development tracking report.
* Commercial projects for containers/equipment

* Able to commit to full-time internship (min. 4-day a week) from August 2026 to December 2026.
