In the team of Global Talent Attraction, we take care of creating securing and deploying the Global stategy of Danone for Talent Attraction; We share it accross countries and help them to maximize it. It is a international team, with great people based in Spain, Netherlands and Poland with amazing backgrounds and ready to share all their knowledge.

In this role you will have the opportunity to;
* Help to manage the Danone Employer Branding Ecosystem (managing social listening tools, career platfroms, candidate experience feedback tool, canva...)
* Connect with countries on various employer branding topics
* Support to create communication & engagement plans for internal use
* Participate in global projects; such as redefining our Employer Value Proposition, Recruitment Marketing activations...
* Bring your own you, and willingness to share ideas for future projects and plans

For being successful on this role you would need to:
* Have a huge interest in Talent Attraction, communications and Recruitment Marketing.
* Bachelor degree in communication, business administration, marketing, or post grad on digital marketing, Digital HR...
* Social media and digital marketing knowledge (KPI's, campaigns...) with interest on new technologies
* Great communication skills
* High level of English C1 at least
* Very proactive, can do attitude
* Advanced user on office package
And most important: a can do attitude and willingness to learn and enjoy the day to day
