About this position

What you´ll do

* Support customer communication and help ensure a smooth customer experience
* Act as a point of contact for customer enquiries (email, calls)
* Assist with order-to-cash (OTC) and customer service related activities
* Help build relationships with customers and collect their feedback
* Maintain and update CRM data, supporting business development activities
* Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction (CSAT)
* Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Experience, Supply Chain, etc.)
* Support ongoing projects, process improvements and best practices
* Help monitor performance using KPIs and reports

What makes you a good fit

* Ability to do a 12 month internship (8/6h day)
* Business Administration, Management or related student with an interest in customer facing role
* Start date - immediate availability
* Fluent level of English and Spanish.
* Customer focus orientation
* Ability to work in a team.

* Flexibility and strong communication skills.
