YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
The VIP Trainee is responsible for supporting the VIP Team in daily responsibilities. They will be accountable for leading sample trafficking with the Paris HQ office and VIP stylists, and LA office. Including scheduling and tracking domestic and international logistics, managing the organization and presentation of the showroom and sample closet, monitoring VIP dressing images, performing talent and competitive research, and compiling weekly press reports.
This position is a full-time traineeship based in the NY Corporate Office.
KEYS FOR SUCCESS Eligible to receive paid compensation for work Able to commit to at least 5 full workdays per week over the course of a twelve-month period, from May 2026 - May 2027. Experience: Computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Launch Metrics Competencies: Extremely detail oriented, with an organized manner of working. A team player who works very well with others and communicates clearly and articulately. Able to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced office environment with high pressure situations, while possessing a strong sense of urgency. Works well on a small team where they will need to take initiative, problem solve in unexpected timely situations, and take on a wide variety of tasks. Genuinely enthusiastic to learn and grow in a positive, collaborative work environment. Passionate about the luxury fashion and celebrity/entertainment industries. The rate of pay for this internship will be at $20.00 hourly, the rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate's relevant skills and experience.
