US: Hiring Range in USD from $19.62 to $38.32 per hour; from: $40,800 to $79,700 per annum.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. What You'll Bring: (Objective Minimum Qualifications)
To be considered for a Research Assistant intern position in Oracle Health and Analytics, you must possess the Objective Minimum Qualifications (OMQs) below. Please ensure that your application clearly indicates that you meet these OMQs, either on your resume and/or by uploading additional documents such as a transcript.
* Currently enrolled in a Doctorate degree program in Computer Science, Linguistics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, or related technical field during the 2025/2026 school year AND returning to the program after completion of the internship.
* Research experience in at least one of the following areas:
* Natural Language Processing
* Computer Vision
* Machine Learning
* Large Language Models
* Deep Learning
* Algorithmic Foundations of Optimization
* Reside in the United States and/or attend a university in the US.
* Able to obtain work authorization in the US in 2026.
* Commitment to staying up-to-date with the field and applying academic advances to solve complex business problems, and bringing them into production.
* Strong publication record, including as a lead author or reviewer, in top-tier journals or conferences.
* Completed at least one internship, research assistantship, teaching assistantship, or equivalent practical experience working with the relevant areas noted above.
Other Preferred Qualifications:
