Job Description

Support Software and Go-To-Market teams in ensuring seamless customer experiences for the RideCare product line. This role focuses on supporting local application engineering development, Go-To-Market initiatives, customer demonstrator development, and local operating needs. It is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you'll contribute to customer satisfaction and data-driven decisions-and yes, sometimes that means rolling up your sleeves on tasks that aren't always glamorous.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Go-To-Market and Engineering teams to support demonstrator development for product marketing.
* Support the Engineering team with system evaluations, performance tracking and data collection of next generation devices
* Document processes, workflows, and best practices on internal wikis and knowledge-sharing platforms to strengthen organizational learning.
* Take on additional projects and operational support tasks as needed to help the team succeed

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

* Currently enrolled in a program for Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field
* Minimum of two semesters completed with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
* Proficiency with data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
* Strong communication skills (oral and written) to collaborate effectively with global team members and customers
* Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with scripting languages such as Python or SQL
* Hands-on experience with Linux environments, including embedded systems
* Familiarity with hardware development, including Single Board Computers such as Arduino and Raspberry Pi
