Support the CRM and VIC departments in creating and monitoring multi-channel customer outreach programs, participate in the organization and rollout of VIC events and delighting and assist the retail teams in achieving global VIC and CRM priorities.
Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or in progress) with a focus on quantitative fields (statistics, economics, or data science) is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Excellent organizational and time-management skills Attention to detail and high level of precision Strong oral and written communication skills Curious, self-motivated thinker
