Who You Are A college junior, senior, or recent graduate (up to six months post-graduation) A student or recent graduate in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field A strong communicator with an interest in storytelling, branding, and digital marketing Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Responsibilities This role is designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to the business, its stakeholders, and various crafts within the Strategy & Performance discipline. Interns are expected to be eager learners, proactive initiators, and team players, ready to absorb as much knowledge as possible. Strategy & Performance Craft areas: Brand & Experience Strategy Performance & Growth Strategy Product Strategy CRM Strategy The Strategy Team provides actionable insights and strategic direction for our clients. We analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to shape effective and innovative marketing solutions. Our team ensures that every campaign is data-driven, purposeful, and aligned with the brand's long-term vision. Your impact: Learning & Development: You are new to digital and experience strategy, and spend a lot of time learning the fundamentals of research, brief writing, campaign development and performance marketing. Self-motivated autodidacts with inherent curiosity to stay on top of industry case studies and best practices. Engage in regular feedback sessions to enhance personal and professional growth. Organizational Familiarization: Understand the agency's mission, vision, and values. Familiarize oneself with the company's organizational structure, departments, and key personnel. Attend agency meetings and events to network with professionals and learn about current projects. Project Support: Work in collaboration with Senior Strategists to support the development of Brand & Experience strategies from conception and proposal through creative briefing, production and insights reporting. Support project teams with research, brainstorming, and administrative tasks. Provide primary and secondary research that informs the strategic planning process for the Brand & Experience craft Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with different teams and attend client meetings to understand client-agency relationships. Build relationships within and outside the agency to understand the larger advertising ecosystem. Qualifications Strong passion for the digital marketing and advertising industry Ability to express complex ideas in conversation, presentation, and prose Ability to Synthesize qualitative and quantitative input from multiple sources to generate insights Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks in a timely fashion Proficient in basic office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite). This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met
