Location: This position will be based out of The Tiffany Landmark in New York, NY.
Salary: Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.
Job Title: Internship - HR & Engagement
Reports to: HR Specialist & HR Director
Job Purpose
The HR & Engagement Intern will support the Human Resources team in delivering meaningful employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and people-focused programs. This role will work cross-functionally with Global and Americas partners on DEIB initiatives, support monthly engagement moments, and assist with core HR processes such as onboarding, talent acquisition, and employee experience initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Internal Events
* Support the planning, coordination, and execution of internal engagement events and initiatives throughout the year
* Assist in developing and delivering monthly engagement moments that reinforce culture, recognition, and celebration
* Partner with HR team to ensure engagement activities align with company values and priorities
* Support logistics, communications, calendars, and follow-up related to employee events and activations
DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging)
* Serve as a cross-functional partner supporting DEIB initiatives in collaboration with Global and Americas teams
* Assist with coordination of DEIB programs, awareness moments, and internal communications
* Help ensure DEIB efforts are thoughtfully integrated into employee engagement and HR programming
HR Operations & People Initiatives
* Provide administrative and project support for HR initiatives, programs, and campaigns
* Support HR team with data tracking, presentations, and internal communications as needed
Collaboration & Communication
* Act as a strong partner across HR, internal teams, and external stakeholders when required
* Communicate professionally and clearly with team members at all levels of the organization
* Represent HR with a people-first, service-oriented mindset
Desired Qualifications
* Strong interest in HR, employee engagement, DEIB, and people-focused work
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Suite; experience with HR systems a plus
* Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude
