As a Human Resources Intern you will gain practical day to day work as part of a larger team of Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development and HR Operations. You must be an eager individual with demonstrated attention to detail, willing to work effectively with a broad range of internal and external professionals, possess great communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

o Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
o Provide administrative support to Human Resources team
o Support Talent Acquisition to source, screening and arrange interviews for candidates, as well as keeping their application records updated
o Support any HR projects as / when required such as meetings, training, surveys etc
o Support employee requests regarding policy issues, rules, and regulations
o Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews

Key Requirements:

o A Degree graduate that is actively looking to gain experience in the Human Resources field.
o Microsoft Office skills
o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
o Great problem-solving skills
o Logical thinking
o Passion for working with people.
o Always display a "customer first" attitude
o The ability to work under pressure and have lots of energy and drive.
o Great organisational skills, deadline-driven and the ability to manage time well.
o A self-starter who enjoys working in a team, but has the ability to work independently
o The ability to multi-task with high attention to detail
